One of the benefits of keeping the Support Agreement active is that it allows Adest clients to stay current by upgrading to the latest software version at free of charge, subject to no additional 3rd Party software licensing requirements.
All clients with active support agreement can request a FREE Upgrade by completing the Upgrade Request Form and fax it to: +353 1 661355. One of our client services engineers will contact you shortly with directions on how to upgrade your Adest software (a complete set of software can be provided in CD format at your preference).
For those clients who have not maintained the software support, please contact support@adest.com to re-active your maintenance support contract prior to any upgrade.
