• Multiple Adest COOL projects are employed to capture Invoices and note types from their existing software. • Barcoding function ensures 100% automation, all delivery documents are recognised by Adest OCR Barcode module. This has enabled the automatic capture and indexing of all incoming delivery dockets with original Invoice and credit notes.
• Implemented Adest Web through an interface with their own customer call tracking software, customer now can perform a query and instantly retrieve the documents online, e.g. return all logical information relating to one delivery process.
