GRAHAM utilises the Adest Construction solution primarily for the capture, automated filing, retrieval and automated routing of various documents related to the Regional Office operations. Each site-office stores all related documentation on-site and are electronically linked to the Regional Office, management at the Regional Office has access to all documents related to each construction site from their own Desktop.
The customisation of the filing structure was designed in a flexible way, which enabling GRAHAM MARTIN to index documents and files in a specific manner, users can also perform a comprehensive searching and retrieving function on line.
Document changes can be monitored electronically and versions of drawings can be retrieved instantaneously on-site. Providing up-to-date information from each site office to management minimised the implementation and induction time, and increased the document control level.
