Adest® Mail Notification Module lets you send documents from Adest V4.0 via different mail system such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, cc:Mail and many more, offering numerous features specific to each mail system.
Key Features
- It supports the following mail systems:
MAPI compliant software such as Microsoft Exchange and Outlook. Lotus Notes, cc:Mail, SMTP/POP mail compliant software
- Saves individual settings for each mail system
- Enable/Disable any of the available mail systems on the machine
- Allow access to Multiple mail systems via a single button in Adest
- Set default To, Cc, Bcc, and Reply To field value
- Build rules to fill in fields in the e-mail based on the Adest Criteria field’s value and/or to fill in the Adest Criteria fields based on the e-mail field’s value
- Merge single page tiff into a single one if you send this to a client that does not have Adest V4.0. This will make it easier to read via a viewer that supports multi-page tiff such as the KODAK (Imaging) viewer
- Access Lotus Notes Address book directly with the features such as Auto Look-up and Ambiguous Name Window
- Private/Public Address book for each mail system on top of their own Address book
- Enable/Disable options to specific users via Adest Security
