Adest COOL (Computer Output On Line) or COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) is an digital capture and index facility for volume applications.

Designed for managing the storage of raw data output, e.g. invoices, payrolls, statements, from third party applications and systems such as mini or mainframe computers, Adest COOL provides the ability to automatically integrate information from your external system with your document management system.

Adest COOL eliminates any requirement to scan such documents as well as significantly reducing printing and storage costs. Further to this Adest COOL increases productivity by automating filing and retrieval processing.
