Adest® Audit Trail keep tracking the events relating to a document and any other options that are required to be monitored while it was in use within the Adest System.

The Audit Trail is designed to be flexible and can be customised to meet the needs of every level of user. Tracking can follow productivity issues, historic data or may be related to a security access level.

The type of analysis report criteria that can be run include productivity, usage and security. For example productivity reports could be;

• How many documents were viewed this week by each user(s)?
• How many documents were indexed this week for a specific user?
• Security reports
• Who viewed a document?
• Who re-indexed the description of a document?
  

The reports are showed in grid results that can be imported into an application such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, or be faxed or printed directly.
