The paperless office is a real objective for most practices but few have attempted to really tackle the issue.
The theme of the seminar in relation to Adest is “the less paper practice” focusing on how document management technology combined with the latest practice management software can address this issue.
Adest will present attendees with hands-on experience of how the Adest iFile product can easily file and store all documents, paper files, e-mails, etc. Adest will demonstrate how iFile improves the efficiency and overall productivity of your practice and facilitates the following (which you can also offer your clients!):
§ Scanning of client files
§ Electronic filing, storage and backup
§ E-mail and electronic file management
§ Document categorisation and security
§ Legal admissibility
§ Post, general correspondence and document processing
Adest iFile for Accountancy Practices will provide the following immediate benefits:
§ Reduced paper generation
§ Reduced photocopying
§ Secure and centralised storage of document and files
§ On-line searching and retrieval of properly stored files
§ Increased staff productivity
§ Better office efficiencies
§ Improved service to client
Each solution is tailored to match traditional filing structures; this means that all documents can be grouped, assigned access rights and filed securely in the system, e.g.
§ completed accounts / audit files
§ management accounts
§ year end accounts
§ audits
§ tax documentation
§ correspondence
§ bank statements
§ working papers
Furthermore Adest iFile is integrated with the Microsoft Office® suite to allow your practice simply file e-mails, faxes or telephone notes etc.
